Adding SPF products to your cart and proceeding to checkout serves as an invitation to offer. A formal, legally binding sales contract for our sun care essentials is only established when we officially accept your order and issue a dispatch confirmation. Please note that automated order receipt emails do not guarantee fulfillment and do not restrict us from conducting subsequent inventory checks, fraud reviews, or price corrections.

Shipping and Risk of Loss Available delivery methods depend on your destination and our current sunscreen inventory. The risk of product loss transfers to you in accordance with relevant local consumer protection laws. To the extent permitted by law, the legal ownership of all Skinluume products remains with Shuzhen LLC until your full payment clears successfully.

Returns, Refunds & Statutory Rights All return and refund procedures are exclusively governed by our official Return & Refund Policy. Your mandatory statutory cancellation rights, product compliance warranties, and other local consumer guarantees remain in full effect. In any instance where these Terms offer less protection than your local laws require, your statutory rights will legally take precedence.

Skinluume cannot be held liable for any fulfillment delays or failures caused by unforeseeable events beyond our reasonable control. Such situations include, but are not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, carrier strikes, infrastructure failures, or widespread network outages.

If any provision within these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to be fully operational.
